Terms of Service

Flora Plus provides the technical infrastructure that enables bookings and payments to independent tour operators ("Operators") through their websites. Flora Plus does not directly offer or provide the activities or services listed.

By completing a booking through the booking engine, you enter into a direct contract with the Operator. Flora Plus is not a party to that contract nor assumes responsibility for its fulfillment. By completing your booking, you also accept the terms and conditions established by the Operator, if applicable.

The Operator is solely responsible for the service provided, including availability, pricing, taxes, charges, cancellations, and customer service. All amounts, including applicable taxes or charges, are defined exclusively by the Operator. Flora Plus collects these amounts on behalf of the Operator through secure payment processing, but does not determine prices or billing components.

Flora Plus does not charge additional fees to the customer. The Operator issues the final invoice for your booking and may include taxes or surcharges at their sole discretion.

Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the Operator. Please consult the Operator's terms and conditions at the time of booking.

Flora Plus is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by Operators, nor for the quality, safety, legality, or execution of any activity or service.

Flora Plus, LLC is a software provider that facilitates online bookings and payments on behalf of independent tour operators. Flora Plus does not organize, supervise, or control any activity, service, or product booked through its platform.

You expressly release Flora Plus, LLC and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from all liability for such events. Flora Plus will not be responsible for breaches, negligence, or misconduct by the Operator.

All descriptions, availability, images, prices, and service conditions are provided by the Operator. Flora Plus does not guarantee their completeness, accuracy, or reliability.

Flora Plus is not responsible for inadvertent errors in displayed availability or prices. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to such errors and refund the affected user.

Flora Plus does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the booking engine. Availability may be affected by technical issues, maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.

Flora Plus reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking if it considers the transaction to be fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to these Terms.

Flora Plus reserves the right to deny or restrict access to the booking engine for users involved in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

You agree to use the booking engine solely for legitimate bookings. You may not use the service for unauthorized or fraudulent purposes.

All content and code used in the booking engine is the property of Flora Plus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flora Plus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the booking engine. In any case, Flora Plus's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.

Any claim related to the use of the booking engine must be filed within twelve (12) months from the date the cause of such claim arises.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Flora Plus regarding the use of the booking engine and supersede any prior agreements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

In case of conflict between versions of these Terms in different languages, the English version shall prevail.

Flora Plus may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication and will apply to future bookings.
